Computer Graphics - Billboard Construction

I’m beginning to create my billboard by tracing this picture of a billboard and using the perspective grid and lining it up with the billboard.

I then created a rectangle as the billboard and then dragged my slithering terror logo on to the billboard using the perspective grid.

I then dragged my slithering terror ride on to the billboard with a similar manner stated above and I also used the pathfinders divide tool to cut the bottom of the snake’s mouth off.

I finally added some poles to the billboard that were simply long rectangles with a gradient fill going from dark grey to light grey back to dark. And that is my billboard finished.

I then cut part of the billboard off around the “S” with the pathfinder tool, and then I copy and pasted that billboard on top of it’s self. With the newly copied billboard I made a clipping mask with the snake skin texture and then added opacity to it, so that it didn’t look too prominent and that it didn’t blend with the snake skin of the snake.

I finally added some poles to the billboard that were simply long rectangles with a gradient fill going from dark grey to light grey back to dark. And that is my billboard finished.

Computer Graphics - Beats By Dre Typography

This artwork was for an assignment on typography. I was influenced by my Beats By Dre headphones as they’re very vibrant, have an iconic design and a famous logo, the "b". I decided to repeat the "b" over and over again to create the headphones while keeping the same colours and design.

This is an album artwork created for a fictional artist and their album, I wanted artwork that would be colourful and vibrant and maybe a bit controversial. The artwork has a hippy punk rock feel to it. This was created mostly in Illustrator and a bit of photoshop.

Computer Graphics: Billboard Research

This is research for billboards to help me create my own billboard for my theme park attraction "Slithering Terror".

My first billboard is for King Kong 3D, I chose it because it looks unique as it incorporate the "3D" ascept, with the hand climbing out of the billboard and the 3D people that are hanging on the bus. Also the title logo "King Kong" is seperate to the right half side of the billboard.

This is my second billboard I'm researching and it is for The Rite. I chose this as its more of a generic billboard than the King Kong one. Again this utilises the title's logo and information is placed on the left hand side of the billboard, it's quite a sinister billboard with Anthony Hopkins sneering through a cross like hole. The colors arer creepy with too with the blacks and greys and blues in the hole hile outside of the hole the colours contrast it with a vibrant orange.

Interactive Product Authoring - Disenchanted

This is a website (that is currently under construction) that is based on a fantasy comic that my auntie created called "Disenchanted". The artwork you see in the website is created by my auntie through sketches and photoshop and I created everything else such as the background, logo, title logo, buttons and so on. This shows my skills in most of my abilites such as HTML, CSS, Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop. I like the overall theme for the site as it looks mystical with the background and colours and the text too as it looks magical.

Computer Graphics - Everton T-Shirt Designs

This was a live project for the Everton Football Club. They wanted selected colleges and
universities to create designs for a potential new fan shirt. After research I wanted to do a shirt that appeals to both the younger and older
generation so I decided on a design of Dixie Dean, a footballer who is one of the most
influential players in football. Because it was Dixie this would appeal to the older people and I made it look trendy and flashy to appeal to younger people. This was created in photoshop with actual photo’s of Dixie and his signature being manipulated.
